Our Staff
KidsVax (KV) program is run by a passionate group of people with considerable experience helping states manage funds for vital public health programs that enhance access, improve patient outcomes, and reduce costs.
In her role as CEO and President of KidsVax, Seema is passionate about helping drive positive outcomes through communication, education, and collaboration. Prior to joining KidsVax, Seema was an executive at Accenture, a Fortune Global 500 multinational professional services company that specializes in information technology services and consulting. Throughout her 20-year career with Accenture, Seema worked across multiple industries driving transformational change. She managed global teams to help her clients maximize the potential of their workforce and unlock value to drive growth.
Seema earned her BS in Communications from Miami University.
She and her husband, Randy, have two daughters.
Megan earned a B.S. in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. She worked in public accounting for 15 years prior to joining the KidsVax team. During that time, she worked with a broad range of businesses, nonprofit organizations and individuals. She resides in southern New Hampshire, and is the proud mother of four sons.
Heather holds an A.A. in Legal Assistant studies from Shasta College in California. She has extensive legal assistant experience working with state, federal, supreme, and appellate courts in various aspects of law. She was a Board member of the Oak Run Union School District Board of Trustees, and was Vice President of the Redding Legal Professionals Association in California.
Fred has served a broad range of both nonprofit and commercial clients. On the commercial side, he has managed over $3.5 billion in mergers and acquisitions. On the nonprofit side, he has led teams that provide health insurance coverage for the uninsurable in New Hampshire, and helped close childhood immunization funding gaps in New Hampshire, Washington, Maine, Vermont, Alaska, Rhode Island.
Fred is a past president of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He also has served as the CEO and executive director of the Christian Legal Society, which for more than 50 years has helped Christian attorneys integrate their faith and practice through attorney and law student fellowship programs, law student mentoring, advocacy of religious freedom, and legal aid services for the poor and needy.
Fred earned a B.A. from Harvard College, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. Over the years, he has served on the boards of several private and publicly-held corporations. He and his wife, Mertie, a professor of psychiatric nursing, have three children and six grandchildren.
Consulting Staff
Dave earned a B.A. in Business from Cornell University and a MBA from the University of Colorado. Dave has worked for several Fortune 500 companies both domestically and internationally. He has started and served as CEO of a company serving the appliance industry. Dave has served for 12 years as President/CEO of a NH based business. Throughout his career, Dave has been on the adjunct faculty of four different universities in four states and has lectured in the Cornell entrepreneurship program.
Norm has run his own public accounting firm for more than 30 years, focusing on personal tax and small business clients, public water utilities, large nonprofit organizations, and a publishing industry technology company. He is a charter member of his local Lions Club and has served as treasurer of the New Hampshire Lion’s Sight and Hearing Foundation. He is also a past trustee at his local library and current trustee of the trust funds for the town of Dunbarton, New Hampshire.
Extended Team
KV’s staff are ably assisted by technical, design, and other resources under contract to serve KV and KV’s clients. By using an extended network of specialized talent who serve the needs of clients on an as-needed just-in-time basis, KV is able, cost-effectively, to deploy best practices across all operations.
