Fred L. Potter, Managing Member
Fred has served a broad range of both nonprofit and commercial clients. On the commercial side, he has managed over $3.5 billion in mergers and acquisitions. On the nonprofit side, he has led teams that provide health insurance coverage for the uninsurable in New Hampshire, and helped close childhood immunization funding gaps in New Hampshire, Washington, and Maine.
Fred is a past president of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He also has served as the CEO and executive director of the Christian Legal Society, which for more than 50 years has been helping Christian attorneys integrate their faith and practice through attorney and law student fellowship programs, law student mentoring, advocacy of religious freedom, and legal aid services for the poor and needy.
Fred earned a B.A. from Harvard College, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. Over the years, he has served on the boards of several private and publicly-held corporations. He and his wife, Mertie, a professor of psychiatric nursing, have three married children and six grandchildren.
Nicole G. Price, CEO, Northeast Region
Nicole has joined the senior management team of KidsVax® with an initial assignment as Deputy Executive Director of the New Hampshire Vaccine Association. She earned a B.A. in Rhetoric and Communication Studies from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the College of William & Mary. Licensed to practice law in Virginia and New York, she has represented private clients as well as governmental agencies. As a senior higher education administrator, Nicole has led teams in the development of Title IX policies and protocols, compliance reviews, strategic planning and implementation for diversity and inclusion and enrollment management.
Julia G. Zell, CEO, Northwest Region
Julia is an attorney experienced in public health and regulatory law, specifically concerning universal vaccine purchase programs. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Washington Vaccine Association and the Alaska Vaccine Assessment programs. She has managed a government affairs team that successfully guided two statutory fixes through Congress and military healthcare dependents and continues to work on ameliorative, legislative projects for state departments of health. Julia received her B.A. from Furman University in political science, her M.A. in Government from the Robertson School of Government, where she earned the "Most Outstanding Scholarship Award", and her J.D. from Regent University, graduating magna cum laude. Following law school, she served as a law clerk in the Federal District Court in the Eastern District of Virginia. She now resides in Boise, Idaho with her husband.
Claire M. Roberge, Controller
Claire earned a B.A. in Mathematics from New Hampshire’s Rivier College and an M.B.A. from New Hampshire College. She has worked in the accounting field for more than 27 years, currently as chief operating officer for Concord Christian Academy and controller for KidsVax®, as well as controller for the Maine Vaccine Board, New Hampshire Vaccine Association, and Washington Vaccine Association. In her spare time, Claire works with dental and eye glass clinics in third world countries. She is married to KidsVax® accountant, Norm Roberge; they have a married daughter and two grandchildren.
Heather A. Veen, Sr. Executive Assistant, Paralegal
Heather holds an A.A. in Legal Assistant studies from Shasta College in California. She has extensive legal assistant experience working with state, federal, and supreme courts. She served as a Board member of the Oak Run Union School District Board of Trustees. Heather and her husband recently moved to the Lakes Region in New Hampshire from Northern California. In their spare time they enjoy boating, hiking, and snowmobiling.
Matthew Miller, Client Services Coordinator
Matt has held multiple different positions within the financial industry, the banking industry, and in higher education, where he most recently worked for a non-profit organization specializing in student loans. He has also spent many years serving his local church in Concord, NH in their Worship Arts Ministry, both as a leader and a team player. He joined the KidsVax® team in September of 2015 and is the Client Services Administrator for the company. He and his wife, Mandi, recently celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary and have 4 children.
Peter M. Smith, Financial Analyst
Peter earned a B. S. in Business Management from Oral Roberts University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Regent University. He is a licensed CPA in Virginia and currently resides in Ontario, Canada. Peter’s role as financial analyst for KidsVax®draws on his strong background in technology solutions for finance and accounting. In addition to his role at KidsVax®, he serves as financial analyst for both the Maine Vaccine Board and the Washington Vaccine Association, and as controller and CIO for the Christian Legal Society.
Timothy Chevalier, Project Leader
Timothy completed his undergraduate studies at Pensacola Christian College and earned his J.D. from Regent University in 2006. He is the founder of Chevalier Legal Services, PLLC, providing a wide variety of general practice services in the atmosphere of a small firm. Tim is admitted to practice in New Hampshire.
Norman E. Roberge, Accountant
Norm has run his own public accounting firm for more than 30 years, focusing on personal tax and small business clients, public water utilities, large nonprofit organizations, and a publishing industry technology company. He is a charter member of his local Lions Club and has served as treasurer of the New Hampshire Lion’s Sight and Hearing Foundation. He is also a past trustee at his local library and current trustee of the trust funds for the town of Dunbarton, New Hampshire, where he and his wife, Claire, live. The Roberges have a married daughter and two grandchildren.
